This movie was about a woman that worked in oil(thinking oil rig), but
the men didn't like the idea of her working in the "man" job. One
scene that sticks out is the horrible hazing scene with the guys
coving her in oil and beating her with a 2X4.
I know i wasn't North country because I saw this movie well before
2005, and it was about oil, not coal.
