Fraser Leads Avoid The World

He's area of the new 'toon.... Even though their last stab at animation with fairytale follow up Hoodwinked Too did not exactly see money moving into the organization coffers, the Weinstein Company is not letting that discourage their efforts to contend with the kind of Pixar and DreamWorks, announcing the most recent title within their toolbox as Avoid The World. And they have snapped up up a high profile cast the same shape as Brendan Fraser, Take advantage of Corddry, Nicole Kidman and much more. We are brought to the earth Baab, where dwells a race of blue-skinned aliens (let us hope they are not attempting to catch onto the Avatar bandwagon a couple of years late, shall we?) The hero from the planet is astronaut Scorch Supernova (Fraser) a daring, square-jawed type who specialises in harmful rescues and assorted spectacular achievements by using quieter, nerdier brother Gary (Corddry). However their boss as BASA, Lena (Jessica Alba) notifies them there's an SOS being sent from the harmful other world (you are able to guess where in the title), Scorch heads off once again, against Gary's better advice, and eventually ends up caught inside a trap set by Shanker (James Gandolfini). Now it's Gary's use step-up and become the hero at least, searching in order to save everybody including wife Kira (Parker). Yup, seems like The Children Today have been in for an additional message about thinking in yourself, all ended in three dimensional eye chocolate. However the co-author/director is Cal Brunker, that has done the kind of Wretched Me and Horton Listens to a Who, so you will find there's a bit more hope. Still, time to evaluate is going to be when that one lands in movie theaters either the coming year or perhaps in 2013...
